“The real estate sector went through one of its worst periods between 2007 and 2013 in Europe and the United States due to the housing bubble (a sharp drop in housing prices, lack of credit, decreased demand, property developers and construction companies facing bankruptcy, etc.).<\/p>

In 2016, another bubble \u2014 that of tourist rentals \u2014 drove housing prices up in the Balearic Islands, making it the region with the highest purchase prices, followed by Madrid and Barcelona. Changes in the real estate market are constant and sometimes unpredictable.<\/strong><\/p>

We have always been dedicated to helping people buy and sell homes, and we have 20 years of experience. For this reason, faced with the uncertainty and change currently affecting the sector, in 2016 we decided to take a step forward and found Vidamar.
