Vidamar was born in response to the concerns of Marta Davia and Marcos Larrea, the founders of the real estate agency. After many years working in the sector, they realized that something was missing in the traditional way agencies operate: very few put the client’s interests above those of the company.
Marta and Marcos were clear that homeowners need more information, transparency, and a personal touch than is usually provided at such an important moment in a family’s life, like buying or selling a home.
That’s why, in 2016, they decided to found the company they had always dreamed of: an agency that focuses on people, not just properties; that puts homeowners and their needs at the center; that works with empathy… A place of trust for anyone who wants to sell their home transparently, in an environment where their interests come before the company’s
The name Vidamar is a combination of ‘vivienda’ (home), ‘vida’ (life), and ‘mar’ (sea), referring both to the ocean and the beginning of their names. Ultimately, it is the result of the passion of two professionals who understand that buying or selling a home is a special moment in anyone’s life, and who work with complete transparency for and on behalf of their clients.

Many people who want to sell their home think that our fees are simply for connecting them with a buyer, but the reality is that our work includes a market study to determine the maximum sale price of your property, a personalized marketing plan to promote the sale, document management, legal advice, inclusion in the ABSI MLS system to ensure your property is shared across 38 associated agencies, analysis during the marketing process, follow-up and feedback from viewings to keep you informed at all times, as well as coordination with public authorities and notaries to formalize the sale. As you can see, selling through a real estate agency gives you greater security and guarantees.
