Our Story

Vidamar was born as a response to the concerns of Marta Davia and Marcos Larrea, founders of the real estate agency. After many years working in the sector, they both realized that something was failing in the traditional way real estate agencies operated: very few truly put the client’s interests above those of the company.

Marta and Marcos were clear that property owners need more information, transparency, and humanity than they are usually given at such an important moment in a family’s life as buying or selling a home.

For this reason, in 2016 they decided to found the company they had always dreamed of: an agency that focuses on people rather than properties, that places owners and their needs at the center, and that works with greater empathy. A space of trust for anyone who wants to sell their home transparently, in an environment where their interests come before those of the company.

The name Vidamar is a combination of vivienda (home), vida (life), and mar (sea), referring both to the ocean and to the beginnings of their names. Ultimately, it is the result of the passion of two professionals who firmly believe that buying or selling a home is a special moment in anyone’s life, and who work with the utmost transparency, for and on behalf of their clients.
